Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Manage patient scheduling and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in billing and insurance verification processes.
• Train and supervise front desk staff and support personnel.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Implement clinic policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the medical team to improve patient care services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in Orthopaedics and/or DME.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive demeanor.
• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
