As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face of Right at Home—building relationships, boosting brand visibility, and driving growth through strategic outreach, events, and personal engagement. Sales Strategy: Plan weekly B2B sales activities, conduct cold calls, drop-in visits, and maintain detailed records in our CRM. Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms and interact with followers to build brand awareness. Goal-Oriented: Set and achieve monthly sales targets with a strong desire to win and grow. Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources through consistent outreach and communication. What We’re Looking For 2+ years in sales/marketing (healthcare preferred) Willing to drive in Spokane and Coeur D'Alene metro area.
