Regional RN Manager of Hospice - Essex County

Hospice RN Regional Manager Grace Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse to lead and coordinate hospice care across multiple regions. Responsibilities Lead Quality Hospice Care: Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop, implement, and evaluate hospice care programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Supervise Interdisciplinary Teams: Oversee the interdisciplinary team (IDT), including orientation, scheduling, education, and support of all caregivers, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive patient care. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of hospice state licensure and federal regulations, and monitor services and documentation to ensure adherence to policies. Foster Communication: Act as liaison between the Clinical Director, IDT members, patients, families, and customers, facilitating effective communication to resolve concerns. Develop Physician Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with physicians to enhance collaboration and patient outcomes. Participate in On-Call Support: Provide on‑call support as needed to ensure continuous patient care. Drive Business Development: Engage in business development activities, including implementations and presentations, to promote hospice services and expand reach. Qualifications Valid NJ or Multi‑State RN License. Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing preferred. At least one year of hospice or home‑care experience with progressive management responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
