This role involves ensuring the daily upkeep of vehicles, organizing the test site, and supporting various operational teams.Required Skills & Qualifications2 - 4 years of work experiencePossess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordCompliance with the Substance Abuse PolicyAbility to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screenAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items aroundAbility to go up and down stairs, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, kneel, and reach during shiftsPossess a "get it done" attitude and a sense of urgencyProven ability to problem solve and deliver under high-pressure situationsProven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverablesExcellent written/verbal communication skillsWorks well in a team environmentPrior work experience at [Company Name] or in [Company Name]'s industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsTechnical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repairProficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Office/Google SuitesExperience working in a fast-paced environmentDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupporting company milestones and optimizing drive operations across multiple locationsEnsuring vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for useProviding logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipmentAssisting with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readinessPerforming routine fueling of test vehicles and supporting equipmentExecuting mission prep procedures, including launching software, verifying configurations, capturing data, and escalating issuesSupporting the readiness of spare parts and associated inventoryProviding support with direct ingesting vehicles and deploying softwareProviding hands-on technical support to the BaseOps techniciansGeneral testing support, including documentation, pre-mission assistance, and traffic control
