Patient Services Associate (Front Desk & CSR)
Grady Health System
Grady Health System is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the EVS department by handling inquiries face-to-face, by email, or by phone. You may operate a switchboard and document interactions for follow-up, while performing front desk and guest services duties. A high school diploma and strong computer skills are required.
