Temporary HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
• Support employee relations initiatives and help resolve workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development activities.
• Prepare HR reports, track workforce metrics, and support HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
