Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide support to clients in a comfortable setting that suits their needs. While the primary hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, some flexibility is required for evening or weekend appointments based on client schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate care plans.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to individual goals, including therapeutic interventions suited for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques and tools.

• Participate in regular case conferences and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Compassion Core Services, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including emotional distress, trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders. Your role will primarily focus on helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes, develop coping strategies, and establish therapeutic relationships that foster growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Florida.

• A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
