Help Desk Technician (TS/SCI) Secure IT Support
Abacus Technology Corporation
Abacus Technology is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support AFOSI at Quantico, VA. This full-time role requires US citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance. You will handle incident tickets, provide end-to-end IT support, and document resolutions in ITSM systems. You will install and configure devices, manage software patches, assist with mobile device management (Intune), and support VPN/VTC/GVS systems.
