Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative

As a full-time remote Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will manage customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, provide necessary documentation, and support renewals while collaborating with licensed agents on complex issues. Key responsibilities Answer inbound customer questions about policies, endorsements, and renewals via phone and email Pull and send necessary documents such as certificates of insurance and declaration pages Maintain accurate records across CRM and agency management systems while identifying recurring customer issues Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or an insurance-related role High school diploma or equivalent Clear and professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities effectively Good judgment regarding issues that require escalation to licensed agents
