Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children's developmental needs, identifying areas requiring intervention.

• Collaborate with families to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that are tailored to each child's unique needs and family priorities.

• Monitor and evaluate progress towards established developmental outcomes as a committed member of a collaborative team.

• Utilize a coaching model to provide families with strategies and resources that foster their child’s growth in natural learning environments.

• Develop rapport with clients to create a nurturing and effective therapeutic space that facilitates learning.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations while upholding high ethical standards in practice.

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to families, helping them enhance their child's developmental progress through informed strategies and practices.

• Engage with community resources and social services to further support families in need, maintaining a holistic view of their circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who are at risk for or experiencing developmental delays. You will provide essential early intervention services, helping families navigate challenges and support their children's growth in various domains: physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will work alongside children from diverse backgrounds, contributing to equitable opportunity and growth among marginalized populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work (MSW/DSW).

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
