Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) serving multiple clinics within our Bay Area cluster, you will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services across the Oakland, Castro Valley, and San Carlos locations. You will assist with implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and contributing to a positive patient experience while working closely with an engaged and supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled patient care under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist across assigned Bay Area clinics.
• Assist with the execution of individualized treatment programs and maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress.
• Ensure treatment areas and equipment remain clean, organized, and safe in accordance with OSHA and clinic guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and team members to support effective care and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in clinical in-services, continuing education opportunities, and team meetings to support ongoing development and best practices.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and help maintain a positive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or equivalent education).
• Current, valid PTA license/registration/certification in the state of California.
• Current CPR certification and dedication to continued professional growth.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Physical capacity to assist patients, move equipment, and perform daily clinical tasks safely.
