WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 1 year of restaurant shift supervisor or leadership experience Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse team accountable Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively Familiarity with financial reporting, inventory management, and scheduling preferred (Brink experience a plus) Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to grow

REQUIREMENTS

Evening availability - must be able to close the restaurant Dependable and punctual Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8–10 hours if needed) Ability to lift up to 55 lbs Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Background check required
