Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality mental health counseling and psychotherapy to a diverse clientele, utilizing techniques rooted in evidence-based practice.

• Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing support for their self-improvement journeys.

• Attend weekly in-person consultations to discuss case management, ethical considerations, and personal reflections in a supportive peer environment.

• Implement the digital alliance scale (session rating scale) in every session, fostering a feedback-rich environment focused on client outcomes.

• Adhere to company policies regarding scheduling, documentation, client onboarding, and fee collection to promote operational efficiency.

• Utilize administrative support services efficiently, allowing you to focus more on patient interactions and care.

• Participate in continued education and professional development opportunities, including earning CEUs provided through our paid weekly consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Renton Counseling Center serves a broad demographic, emphasizing inclusivity and access to mental health care for all individuals. Clinicians will engage with clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. This role requires clinicians to utilize their therapeutic skills to motivate patients toward personal growth and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).

• Active and current licensure in the State of Washington as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of post-graduate clinical experience is necessary to apply for this position.

• Ability to commit to a schedule of 33 patient hours per week, allowing for the anticipated patient flow and cancellations.
