Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records reflect accurate information for patient safety and care quality.

• Collaborate as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to provide holistic, client-centered care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing your clinical practice, thereby ensuring you remain updated on the latest evidence-based approaches in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range widely in age, background, and mental health needs, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Our goal is to meet clients where they are and guide them towards improved mental wellness through compassionate, individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Hold a current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
