Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapies utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, fostering a safe and engaging therapeutic environment.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute issues, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to selected candidates.
