Founding Account Manager, Performance Advertising | Groovy | New York (Hybrid)
Tracking pages are one of the most-visited pages in ecommerce, and until now almost nobody has monetised them. Groovy puts relevant offers in front of shoppers at the moment they check where their order is. We're live across major UK carriers, recently launched in the US, growing fast and profitable.
This is our first client hire. You'll own our advertiser book from day one and work directly with our CEO in Manhattan.
What you'll do
- Own our book of performance advertisers (CPA and CPL) across cashback, rewards, lead gen and financial services, in the UK and US.
- Be responsible for one number: revenue per thousand impressions (RPM).
- Launch campaigns end to end, covering offers, creative, tracking and QA.
- Manage pacing, CPA and yield daily, and fix problems before the client sees them.
- Run a constant testing programme across copy, creative, landing pages and pre-landers.
- Use retailer and category-level data to negotiate better CPAs, higher caps and bigger budgets.
- Work inside affiliate platforms like Impact, Rakuten and Everflow.
- Send weekly performance reports and run regular client check-ins.
- Work closely with our London team on product, tech and supply.
What you bring
- 2–4 years in account management or client success at a performance ad network, affiliate network or lead gen marketplace.
- A track record of growing advertiser spend, not just keeping it.
- Fluency in CPA, CVR and RPM, plus working knowledge of pixels and postbacks.
- Hands-on experience with Impact, Rakuten, Everflow or similar.
- Strong Excel or Sheets skills, and the ability to find what matters in messy data and turn it into a budget ask.
- Comfort starting work early in the day so that you overlap as much as possible with UK hours.
- Nice to have: post-transaction or offer-network experience (Rokt, Fluent or similar).

Compensation
- $110,000–$130,000 base, plus a quarterly variable tied to account revenue growth. Target total comp is $145,000–$165,000.
