Administrative Assistant - Accounting

Candidates must be motivated, organized, detail oriented, computer literate, and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. We will train the right candidate. Dealership and/or titling experience a plus.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answer and direct incoming calls on multi-line phone system
Take payments, keep cash drawer balanced
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Tag/Title Processing
Daily bank deposits and post office drop off/pick ups
Stocking
Hours: Full time as follows
Monday-Friday: variations between 8:00am to 6:00pm
Rotating Saturday: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Closed Sunday
