Title:** RN – Nurse Lead **Schedule:** Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week **Assignment Details:** - Contract Length: 13 weeks Experience in a healthcare setting **Roles & Responsibilities:** Collect and analyze data relevant to patient health and situation to determine diagnoses and care issues. Develop and implement care plans with prescribed interventions to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective care delivery. Provide educational resources and learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members. Participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care. Delegate and coordinate responsibilities among healthcare team members as appropriate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adventist Health Sierra Vista
