Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment plans to meet individual patient needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from a recognized accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
