As a Coordinator of Operations (SCM), you'll be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring seamless inventory management that directly supports exceptional patient care. You'll take ownership of daily supply and inventory operations, proactively investigating and resolving issues before they impact our healthcare delivery. This role combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Drive Inventory Excellence: Conduct comprehensive audits and logistical oversight of supply and inventory control, maintaining accurate storeroom levels while managing financial variance to optimize costs.
• Optimize System Accuracy: Execute product conversions and maintain item attributes within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring data integrity across the organization.
• Safeguard Operations: Support distribution and daily supply operations with vigilance and precision, preventing disruptions that could negatively impact patient care delivery.
• Minimize Waste & Maximize Efficiency: Champion stock rotation best practices and expiration management protocols, reducing waste while ensuring we're always operating at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Investigate inventory discrepancies and supply chain challenges, implementing solutions that strengthen our operational resilience.

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma equivalency.
• Some college is preferred 
• Inventory management experience.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Sheets, Pages, Drive).
