Performs routine clerical, bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative tasks in the Accounts Payable Department. Were counting on accuracy and can handle high volume expertly. Looking for your keen eye for detail and flair for figures. Someone who enjoys data entry and being careful about detail.

Handling general office tasks and administrative duties.

Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Organizing files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents both electronic and physical.

Answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate parties and taking messages.

Providing assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.

Check all email accounts daily using Outlook.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Matching invoices and delivery tickets in a timely manner.

Responsible for Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable.

Ability to work with shifting priorities and positively adapt to change as needed.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Outstanding Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge on Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
