Bilingual Payroll ClerkClayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Payroll Clerk to join a thriving company in the North Houston area. The Bilingual Payroll Clerk will be responsible for assisting the payroll department. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Benefits: Excellent benefits available after the successful completion of the temporary period, including medical, PTO, and more. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMBilingual Payroll Clerk Responsibilities:Performs clerical duties, including typing, filing, and completion of simple formsOperates office machines, including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipmentAnswers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messagesCopies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other mattersMaintains filing systems either manually or electronicallyData Entry into QuickBooksVerify employee timesheetsPerforms other related duties as assignedBilingual Payroll Clerk Skills and Abilities:Bilingual in English and Spanish, requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft ExcelBilingual Payroll Clerk Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent is required1+ year of administrative experience is requiredPrevious payroll experience is preferredBilingual Payroll Clerk - Immediate need.
