This position combines  customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative sales in a fully remote environment.

Whether you have previous insurance experience or are transitioning from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, banking, education, military service, administration, or sales, we provide the  training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing support  needed to develop professionally.

No previous insurance experience is required.

What You'll Do

As a  Remote Insurance Representative , you'll work directly with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand their options and make informed coverage decisions.

Client Service & Consultations

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Identify individual and family benefit needs
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and policy features
• Provide needs-based coverage recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation

Ongoing Client Support

• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests
• Provide ongoing support after enrollment
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual onboarding and product training
• Attend weekly coaching and development sessions
• Receive mentorship from experienced leaders
• Strengthen communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Participate in leadership development and advancement opportunities

Weekly Performance-Based Compensation

Previous insurance experience is  not required .

Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive  guidance through the applicable state Life & Health Insurance licensing process .

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Licensing guidance is available for candidates who are not currently licensed.
