Ensuring accurate and timely management of account approvals and payment processing, the full-time Payment Resolution Specialist will verify patient eligibility, update insurance information, and coordinate authorizations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Verify patient eligibility and billing information across various systems Review and update patient demographics and insurance details in Client systems Track account progression and monitor payments for accurate invoicing Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience managing priorities and multiple systems Proficient in Medicare, Managed Care, and Commercial Insurances Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel Strong organizational and time management skills
