German Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager* About the Role Join our dynamic international team in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project in Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool helping businesses grow online. This position is designed for professionals who can navigate the German market , onboard and engage with high-potential companies (possible future unicorns), and thrive in a tech-focused, client-centric environment. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high‑performing PPC campaigns . Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising services. Understand customer objectives and propose tailored marketing solutions. Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships while increasing campaign spend and upselling. Create, maintain, and update customer databases accurately. Handle a high volume of client interactions daily via phone and email. Identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within your customer base. Requirements BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) or equivalent experience. German – C2 and English – C1/C2 level proficiency. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or customer success. Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. Strong CRM and client relationship management experience. Comfortable using AI‑driven tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends. Confident, proactive, and adaptable team player. Specialized Competencies for the German Market Deep understanding of German business culture and communication styles .
