• Generate and process invoices for domestic and export customers.
• Verify pricing, shipment details, and billing documentation for accuracy.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer invoice inquiries.
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, sales, and accounting teams regarding shipments and invoicing.
• Assist with accounts receivable reporting, payment tracking, and account reconciliations.

• 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support experience.
• Experience processing high-volume invoices in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software.
• Understanding of billing procedures, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping.
• Experience in agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, logistics, or export operations preferred.
• Associate degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
