JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive traffic to the hotel and restaurants through concepting and executing dynamic marketing plans inclusive of advertising, email campaigns, website features, local events, programming, and sponsorships Manage multiple local PR agencies to drive awareness for each property Manage organic social media accounts. Collect and create content, oversee content calendars, connect with influencers, and interact with the community on social platforms to drive followers and engagement Support property marketing and promotions with copywriting and design for simple promotional materials such as e-blasts, flyers, and collateral. Oversee bigger design projects with outside graphic design agencies. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Able to travel 25% of the time as needed to support hotel and restaurant events and meetings with the team EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Hospitality, Business, or a related field required . Minimum of 3--5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry. Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, and content development. Familiarity with hotel revenue strategies and brand management is a plus. KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Experience with Canva, social media management platforms (Falcon, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc ), WordPress, email platform ( i.e. Mailchimp), Google Ads, Google Analytics, is a plus * The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
