Community Relations Manager

A growing digital infrastructure company is seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead outreach and stakeholder engagement across West Texas project sites. Who You Are You have experience in community relations, government affairs, public affairs, or a related field You are skilled at building relationships with government, community, and business stakeholders You have strong communication and public speaking abilities You are based in West Texas and willing to travel regularly Experience with local government or land use processes is preferred Experience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or real estate development is a plus What You'll Do Serve as the primary liaison with community members, local officials, and civic organizations Represent the company at public meetings, hearings, and community events Lead engagement initiatives for new and existing sites Support permitting and zoning efforts through stakeholder outreach Develop community communications and manage feedback Coordinate with internal teams to address community concerns and priorities What Success Looks Like Strong relationships with local stakeholders and government partners Positive community engagement across project locations Community concerns are addressed proactively and effectively Stakeholder outreach supports project development and operational objectives Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 (annually based on experience) Location: El Paso Metropolitan Area (Remote but requires site visits and travel around West Texas) Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
