Community Marketing Manager

Role Description The Community Marketing Manager is a full-time role based in New Berlin, WI. This role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with referral partners, community organizations, senior living communities, and local businesses to increase awareness of Always Best Care’s services. Daily responsibilities include planning and attending community events, presentations, and outreach activities; managing local marketing campaigns; and supporting sales efforts to drive inquiries and referrals. The person in this role will oversee social media and local digital presence, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand standards. Additional tasks include tracking marketing and outreach activities, reporting on results, collaborating with care and operations teams, and representing the organization in a professional, compassionate manner. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal presentations, active listening, and professional written communication. Experience in Community Management and building partnerships with local organizations, referral sources, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, including planning campaigns, managing content, and analyzing basic performance metrics. Sales skills for generating leads, conducting outreach, following up on inquiries, and supporting the conversion of prospects into clients. Previous experience in senior services, healthcare, or related community-based services is preferred. Ability to work on-site, travel locally for events and meetings, and maintain a reliable mode of transportation. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail in tracking activities and results. Comfort using basic CRM tools, office software, and social media platforms for business purposes. High level of professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with older adults and their families. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred OR equivalent relevant experience.
