The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate stakeholder needs.Duties and Responsibilities:Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative and proactive manner should be comfortable in working with all levels of the organizationOwn and manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zonesCoordinate complex calendars, ensuring timely and efficient interview setupsProactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delaysDeliver a professional candidate experience throughout the interview processManage weekly/monthly recruiting metrics and additional ad hoc reportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking systemSupport data audits, reporting, and overall system integrityRespond to ad hoc requests and provide flexible support across the TA functionManage internal and external vendorsAssist in documenting and refining TA processes, including creation of SOPs#LI-LM1#LI-HybridSkills and Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree requiredTwo to four years of experience in professional services environment; law firm preferredProficient use of Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (Specifically Workday) are requiredStrong writing and communication skills, as well as attention to detail are all necessary for this position;Must be able to take initiative, be reliable, professional, team oriented and have the ability to multi-taskFor New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $33.70 hour - $37.50 hour.
