Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, regularly updating these plans based on client feedback and progress.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy, employing culturally informed and inclusive techniques.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

• Proven crisis intervention skills and the capacity to manage challenging situations with composure and professionalism.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth service delivery model.

• Further specialization or certification in specific therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
