Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific mental health needs and goals of clients through online consultations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' assessments, ensuring they align with evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Provide individualized therapy, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Offer crisis intervention and support through proactive outreach to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.

• Coordinate care through effective collaboration with our interdisciplinary team to provide clients with holistic support.

• Maintain secure and confidential client records, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from varying demographics.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive, affirming care to all clients.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in both virtual and team settings.

• Ability to function independently as well as contribute positively to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensing status.
