Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and create individualized treatment plans that address unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that target a range of emotional and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and stress management.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary practitioners, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure holistic and integrated care for all clients, coordinating treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay informed on industry best practices by participating in continuous education, attending workshops, and engaging in peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) in California, allowing you to practice effectively within the state’s regulations.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health services to individuals, with a strong track record of success in therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly while fostering a trusting relationship with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems or telehealth software is advantageous, though not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
