Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of duties designed to optimize patient care and clinical outcomes:

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's unique history and current challenges, enabling the formulation of targeted treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual therapy sessions and group therapy initiatives, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depressive states, trauma recovery, and adjustment challenges.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to guarantee comprehensive care and leverage varied expertise for holistic patient support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and interpersonal skills, including:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in California, specifically LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with individuals experiencing emotional challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to this salary, our benefits package includes:
