Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with a standard 40-hour work week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at improving patients' physical functioning and quality of life.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and functional training.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and treatment modifications as necessary.
• Deliver superior customer service to enhance the patient experience and foster long-term relationships.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize treatment strategies.
• Consult and educate patients and their caregivers on effective self-management strategies and preventive care.
• Meet and strive to exceed minimum utilization goals while contributing to the operational objectives of the facility.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Current CPR certification, ensuring preparedness for emergency situations.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized therapy areas such as sports rehabilitation or pediatric therapy will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
