Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Restore, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the complete therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients, in collaboration with physicians and the patient care team.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on goal achievement, engagement, and positive patient experiences.
• Administering and directing the majority of physical therapy interventions required throughout the treatment continuum.
• Evaluating therapeutic status and adapting treatment techniques as guided by evolving patient needs and physician directives.
• Providing skilled therapeutic care, not only in our facility but also by guiding patients in the application of therapeutic exercises and devices in their homes when necessary.
• Instructing patients and their families or caregivers on therapeutic exercises, appliance use, and home follow-up plans.
• Prioritizing the caseload effectively, determining daily staffing requirements, and coordinating assignments and patient hand-offs.

The Physical Therapist role primarily serves adult and pediatric patients, dealing with a variety of conditions such as orthopedic injuries, postoperative care, and chronic pain management.
