Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations by reviewing medical history, performing evidence-based assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique situation.
• Implementing treatment protocols based on evaluation findings while guiding patients through specific rehabilitation exercises designed to restore mobility and alleviate pain.
• Continuously monitoring changes in patients' conditions and adjusting treatment plans as needed, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Providing detailed and timely documentation of care activities, including progress notes, discharge planning, and follow-up care, which conveys a clear narrative of patient progress and outcomes.
• Maintaining compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations related to physical therapy and healthcare practices.
• Engaging with patients, their families, and other stakeholders with respect and openness to foster a positive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications
