Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, understanding their unique history and concerns to create individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor and document each patient's progress and responses to treatments, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on observed outcomes.
• Educate and support patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and self-management strategies for their ongoing recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
