Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, utilizing your clinical expertise to develop personalized treatment plans consistent with physicians' orders.
• Implement varied therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, functionality, and overall health, while constantly monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care, including evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate optimal patient care and provide feedback on patient progress.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel in delivering effective therapeutic services, promoting high standards of care.
• Conduct patient education sessions, helping clients and their families understand the treatment process, goals, and ways to improve home care practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
