Executive Assistant - Administration

Job Title
Performs secretarial functions for the members of the Presidents Group, Boards of Directors and other corporate entities. Upholds the mission, goals, objectives, philosophy, policies and procedures set forth by Inspira Health based on DNV and New Jersey State Regulations while coordinating functions of and providing and providing all necessary clerical support to the Board of Trustees and members of Presidents Group.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree; or five years of relevant experience either as: Executive Assistant; board coordinator; Corporate Secretary; legal secretary, legal assistant or paralegal.
- Seasoned administrative professional with minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative support position.
- Must possess strong computer application skills including Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Certification/Licensure:
- N/A
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent secretarial skills; familiar with medical terminology, with a strong background in communication and writing skills.
- Demonstrates word processing and computer knowledge; possesses strong organizational skills.
- Maintains emotional stability and calm disposition and has the ability to relate positively with all levels of professionals.
- Ability to work flexible schedules with frequent interruptions.
- Possesses willingness to improve by attending seminars or educational programs geared to enhance skills and knowledge relative to administrative support services.
- Demonstrates loyalty, reliability, tactfulness, honesty, and discretion; maintains confidentiality at all times; exhibits professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible schedule as needed to support the Presidents Group as needed.
