This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences that emphasize freshness and quality ingredients.

As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the culinary direction of our Scratch Kitchen, developing innovative menus and overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations. You will ensure that high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained while fostering a collaborative and creative environment for your team. With a competitive salary range of $82,000 - $88,000 annually, we are committed to providing not just a job, but a platform for culinary excellence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare innovative seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Control food costs while maintaining high-quality standards
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies to uphold kitchen efficiency
• Continuously evaluate and improve kitchen processes and workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food presentation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Creative flair with a passion for menu development and food innovation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory and cost control practices
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
