This position supports core office-based employees throughout the employee life cycle including the onboarding and offboarding experience, employee record management, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day employee support. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data integrity and a high level of service to employees and leadership. This position supports core office-based employees throughout the employee life cycle including the onboarding and offboarding experience, employee record management, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day employee support. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data integrity and a high level of service to employees and leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data within COINS (ERP), including data entry, audits, and system clean-up
- Generate and analyze and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, demographics, EEO, and audit reports
- Manage and maintain confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and retention requirements.
- Process Verification of Employment requests accurately and on time.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HR shared inbox, escalating or redirecting as appropriate.
- Administer employee recognition programs, including Service Awards and Core Values Awards
- Track and maintain company vehicle insurance documentation and compliance logs
- Complete Form I-9 verification and E-Verify processing
- Support the employees’ onboarding and offboarding experiences including preparing and collecting required documentation
- Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate and complete employee documentation is submitted and maintained.
- Organize, file, and maintain employee personnel records (electronic and/or paper) to support accessibility and data integrity.
- Answer employee questions and redirect inquiries as required.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in human resources or related field
- Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
