Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Manager at Platform Coffee + Kitchen Platform Coffee + Kitchen is a specialty coffee roastery and café with multiple Charlotte locations, plus a growing catering and wholesale business operating out of our Station West campus. We're looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead food production across our café locations and our catering/wholesale channel. What you'll do: Develop and roll out seasonal menu items for our café food program Manage and schedule kitchen staff across daily operations Oversee daily food production for our coffee shop locations Build out and manage our baked goods menu: recipe development, production schedule, and consistency Ensure quality control and consistency across all food production Support and help execute wholesale and catering food orders, including offsite events Manage inventory, ordering, and food waste/cost control Own vendor relationships: sourcing, negotiating, and quality checking ingredient suppliers What we're looking for: 2 to 5 years of experience in food production, kitchen management, or a similar back of house leadership role (café, bakery, or catering background all welcome) Experience developing menu items and recipes, not just executing someone else's Comfortable managing a small team and staying organized across multiple locations and channels Baking or pastry experience a plus Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain) #J-18808-Ljbffr Platform Coffee
