Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with required state credentials
• Experience or interest working in high school populations
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Prior school-based experience is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in caseload or school assignments

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to high school students, helping them achieve educationally relevant goals
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8 students, adapting as the needs of the schools evolve
• Deliver therapy sessions at four nearby school locations (all within a 10-minute radius) for a total of 10 hours each week
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress and meet IEP objectives
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and document interventions in line with school policy
• Schedule sessions between the typical school day hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
