Property Manager - Level 5We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee the functional aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. This role requires in-person presence at our San Diego location and offers a temporary assignment for a duration of one year, with the possibility of extension.ResponsibilitiesManage staff responsible for the functional aspects of property management.Coordinate with a stable on-site team, including experienced Assistant Property Managers and a long-standing engineering team.Process invoices and manage heavy email traffic efficiently.Handle tenant communications and client requests with professionalism.Coordinate with the team and ensure seamless operations.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Essential SkillsReal Estate License5-8 years of experience in property managementStrong organizational skills for managing heavy email trafficExpertise in financial reporting, including variances and accrualsProficiency in MS Office, Teams, and MRI softwareAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experienceMentorship mentality for supporting and training junior staffPatience and adaptability when working with private equity clientsWork EnvironmentThis position is based in an on-site office located at 401 West A Street, San Diego. The work environment is fast-paced, involving direct client interaction and team coordination. The office hosts a reliable team, including unionized engineering staff, and necessitates a professional appearance and demeanor.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
