Sales & Business Development Representative

Join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Sales & Business Development Representative, where you will support and contribute to the design and implementation of marketing and sales programs. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the pipeline of sales opportunities and help drive the organization's growth.

Key tasks include:

• Assist in designing and implementing marketing programs.
• Gather and analyze market and customer data.
• Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives.
• Participate in the development of pricing strategies.
• Support sales staff in the preparation of sales proposals.
• Maintain and update sales databases and tracking systems.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential clients under supervision.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the execution of sales campaigns.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to convey information effectively.
• Basic understanding of how to analyze sales data.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.
• Understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Basic skills in identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Managing tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish strongly preferred

Compensation: $47,600.00 $81,250.00 USD. This role is eligible for commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
