Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to directly support the Sales Team in a fast-paced real estate company. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who excels at managing multiple priorities, coordinating complex transactions, and ensuring flawless execution behind the scenes.

The Executive Assistant will act as the operational backbone of the Sales Department, helping manage client relationships, transaction timelines, buyer communications, and post-contract coordination. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring every deal progresses smoothly from contract execution through closing while allowing the Sales Team to focus on revenue-generating activities, client relationships, and strategic growth.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a relentless commitment to organization, urgency, and follow-through.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in executive support, transaction coordination, operations, project management, or real estate administration.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Must be available during standard business hours and highly responsive to time-sensitive transaction matters.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where urgency, accountability, and execution are critical.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate wholesaling, sales, title, escrow, lending, or transaction coordination.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and closing processes.
  • Experience supporting executives or department leaders.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate transactions, contract management, and closing coordination.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

This is not a typical Executive Assistant position. You will be a key player in the success of a growing real estate company, helping drive transactions from contract to closing while serving as a trusted extension of the Sales Team.
