Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct teletherapy sessions with diverse populations, including individual adults, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices to address mental health concerns.

• Assess clients’ needs during initial consultations and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to support clients in achieving their treatment objectives.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies for enhancing client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to treat individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
