Administrative Assistant Ganahl Lumber-Pasadena Ganahl Lumber Pasadena is in search of our new Administrative Assistant. As the Administration assistant, you will be a champion of all things ticket/invoice processing with an emphasis on improving, verifying, and maintaining the accuracy of our billing.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in generating great results in paperwork, meeting deadlines, and be proficient in both Excel and Outlook. About Us Ganahl Lumber Company is the oldest lumberyard and hardware supply store in the State of California. Since 1884, we have been a family and employee owned business selling building supplies and hardware for pro contractors and DIY enthusiasts alike. Our products include tools, paint, building materials, millwork, doors and windows. With ten convenient store locations, we serve customers throughout the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area. Requirements:
- Highly self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be computer literate and 10-key by touch
- Processing of daily tickets
- Recognizing and correcting any inaccuracies or inconsistencies
- Overseeing paperwork flow for the entire yard
- Credit Memos
- Mail delivery/pick up for all departments
- Following up on Unpaid COD tickets
- MRM/Computer Down books
- Running reports for open orders & investigate
