Strategic Program Growth Manager (Secret Clearance)

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Program Manager 2 for the Mission Survivability Systems unit in Rolling Meadows, IL. You will lead all program phases, managing cost, schedule and technical performance while building customer trust and guiding cross-functional teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's with 8+ years or a Master’s with 6+ years in government contracts or related fields, plus a Secret clearance. Strong leadership and proposal development experience are essential.
